Team Real World is seeking an experienced sales professional to join one of our premier client’s sales team. This opportunity is in the publishing and advertising segment, where you will be working with business owners, executives and marketing directors on how to promote their business, drive traffic, increase exposure, and create growth for them. It is an established sales team and one of the most recognized and respected brands in the city. Position offers varying pay scale based on experience, commission, benefits and 401(k) available, and bonuses and perks based on performance.
Successful candidates must be goal-focused, results-driven, and possess a strong sense of ownership and drive. Must have 3 years of proven sales experience, is good at networking, knows how to work referrals well, able to manage a book of business, is comfortable making cold calls, loves to meet with clients regularly and is not afraid to ask for the sale and close business. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, confident in problem-solving, eager to create solutions for clients, and good computer skills.
We are looking for individuals that are hungry, coachable, have great people skills, and are willing to go through at least a 3-step interview process, beginning with a phone interview and includes a sales skills survey. Preferably bachelor’s degree or 3 years proven experience in outside sales. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and mostly, a sincere desire for growth and career development. Solicit needs and wants from new clients, helping create game plan for company training needs
Deliver training to client in agreed manner (in person, remote, phone)
Weekly rhythm meeting with team to align on training and next steps
Must have a Bachelor’s degree
Training, consulting and/or education background preferred
Strong communication skills and team oriented
High attention to detail and organization
Great customer service
